When I set out to write Songs of Time and Tide, I didn't know it would become such a deeply personal journey.
This collection is more than just poetry; it's a reflection of moments-fragile, fleeting, yet profound that have shaped me into the person I am today. Each poem, in its own way, is a conversation with time, with memory, and with the emotions that ebb and flow like the tide.
Growing up, I was always drawn to the magic of words, their ability to capture the unsaid, to immortalize the transient. Writing became my refuge, a way to understand the world and my place in it. Many of these pieces were born in quiet corners of my life: during long nights of introspection or in the hum of ordinary moments made extraordinary by love, loss, and reflection.
This collection is dedicated to my late grandfather, my Dadai, who taught me to see the beauty in simplicity and the strength in vulnerability. His memory flows through these pages, reminding me that every loss is also a reminder of the love that preceded it.
