"The Trip to Maya Valley" is a tale of two friends Aurora and Pepa. In several misfortunes, Pepa lost her parents and grandmother. Her childhood became more terrible when a vigorous storm separated Pepa from her brother.
In this novel, the author, Upasana Dasgupta, has beautifully narrated the warmth of friendship. Her sympathy towards the misery of Pepa as well as the sweet reunion at the end will bring tears to the eyes of readers.
In "The Trip to Maya Valley" Upasana has exhibited her strong imagination power, marvellous writing skill, compassionate insight towards the surrounding people through the circumstances and characters of the novel. The novel is all about an adventure. The narrative description of Maya Valley, the journey and thrilling components inside the story have made this novel an enjoyable read.
